While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Orders returned to us due to non-collection or refusal may be subject to restocking fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Claims for damaged goods must include photographic evidence.
